It should be noted that the Form is not intended for visitors under the age of 14 or who are not of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence. The provision of data is based on the consent of the interested party which is free and optional. Failure to consent will make it impossible to send you our newsletters. Your data will be kept until the data subject withdraws consent. Our company carries out the treatment directly, through subjects belonging to its own organization, or by making use of subjects external to the company itself for the realization of the purposes indicated above. These subjects will process your data in accordance with the instructions received from the Company as outsourcing managers or agents. Your data will not be disclosed. We also inform you that as an interested party you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, limit, oppose the processing as well as the possibility to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing and to lodge a complaint with the Authority in accordance with the provisions of the articles. from 15 to 22 of the GDPR 679/2016, addressing the related request to the Data Controller.
